Heat Press to 320-325 and press for 7-10 seconds. 

THIS IS NOT SHIRT! Just the transfer. You must have a heat press. An iron will not work.

I am NOT responsible for operator error; if you are concerned with the first ones you do, I recommend ordering a couple extra.
